Shipping & Handling

Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes us about 2-5 days to ship goods out of our warehouses. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Please note that customized products usually require additional production time, typically 2-3 days. This means that the processing time for your order may be longer if you have customized products included in your order. However, we will keep you informed by email if this is the case.

To calculate how much time it will take you to receive your parcel, please add the shipping times given below to the 5-day order processing period.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across China to your provided shipping address via USPS/Chinapost. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we cannot calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with USPS/China Post. to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from USPS/China Post. for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay USPS/China Post directly at the time of delivery.

Parcel Locker Storage and Late Retrieval

According to USPS standard practice, once a package is placed in a parcel locker, it is considered successfully delivered, and the seller's responsibility for shipping ends. However, please note the following special circumstances and details:
Retrieval Period: If a customer fails to retrieve the package in a timely manner, it is typically held for a period of three weeks.
Late Retrieval Handling: If the package remains unclaimed beyond the retrieval period, the shipping company may initiate the process of returning and ultimately destroying the package.
Seller Responsibility: Please note that any handling of packages beyond the retrieval period is not the responsibility of the seller.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low quality item).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
